Dr. Romero graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry ten years ago.  After which he completed his residency at Metro Health Medical Center and the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.  He currently owns and practices at Solace Oral Surgery in Nashville, TN. His specialties include oral surgery, dental implants and sedation dentistry. He is an active member of the Tennessee Dental Association (TDA) and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS).

Dr. Romero is highly committed to bettering his community.  He is active in a plethora of local organizations such as Hope Smiles, Interfaith Dental Clinic, Mercy Ministries, Sofia’s Heart, Nashville Rescue Mission, Brentwood Baptist Dental/Medical Unit, American Red Cross, One Gen Away, Nashville Sexual Assault Center and other youth organizations.  Yearly, he also gives a deserving person in need a complete smile makeover with Solace Oral Surgery’s ‘Smile for Christmas.’

A true patriot, Dr. Romero has a strong military background, including service in the Tennessee Army National Guard as a Major. He flew helicopters in the army and was deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Originally from Mexico, Dr. Romero is fluent in Spanish. He currently lives in Franklin, TN with his wife Eva Angelina and their four children.  He enjoys playing sports such as basketball and soccer, biking and doing outdoor activities. He is also a talented off-road Baja racer.
